Our philosophy
Renovation money goes into the walls and stays there. Furniture earns its keep, moves when you move, and can be swapped in an afternoon. That's a deliberate choice — and for a rental unit, it's the one that returns the most.
We work with loose furniture only. Your unit stays exactly as the developer handed it over — no wet works, no carpentry, no defect disputes, and no waiting on contractors.
When a piece wears out or a tenant is careless, we replace that one piece. No contractor, no downtime, no rebuilding — and no reason to lose sleep between tenancies.
We spend where tenants actually decide: the first listing photo, the living room, the bed. Not on a feature wall nobody pays extra to rent.
Sell the unit, move in yourself, or restyle in three years — the furniture follows you. A renovation stays behind and starts dating the moment it's finished.
